Shipping policy

Once your order is handed off to UPS, USPS, DHL, or FEDEX, it’s officially out of our hands.
Delays can happen — weather, reroutes, holiday peak times, you name it.

We do not offer refunds, reships, or store credit for carrier delays.
If your order is marked as lost, we’ll gladly guide you through filing a claim (though we can’t guarantee the outcome).

If your package shows as Delivered but goes missing, we’re unable to refund or replace it.

Live in a high-risk area? We strongly recommend using a UPS Access Point or a secure delivery address.

And yes — occasionally carriers deliver to the wrong address. We’ll help you file a claim, but we can’t take responsibility once the package leaves our facility.

Your address is printed exactly as you type it at checkout.
If there’s a typo or missing information and the package is lost or returned, we can’t offer a refund. Want it reshipped? No problem — a new shipping fee will apply.
